What is Project Publisher?
The Project Publisher is a Microsoft Office Project add-in that connects Microsoft Office Project and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS) or Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS) to make working together on projects easier. By publishing Microsoft Office Project .mpp files to SharePoint, all team members can access and update their own tasks and key project information.
The Project Publisher for Microsoft Office Project 2007 allows you to collaborate with your teams by linking Microsoft Office Project 2007 to any Windows SharePoint Service 3.0 (WSS) or Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS) workspace.
