Choose to create projects from our online gallery or set up custom templates in a local gallery. This new process provides much more flexibility and reduces the complexities typically involved with maintaining an enterprise environment of templates.
- Choose the online gallery to see what we have to offer. Our control is smart enough to only show you templates that work with the environment you have. It's just plain easy.
- Add custom descriptions and "More Info" content so your users can more easily select the correct template
- Have a project workspace that's perfectly configured and you want to use it for your next project? - Easy, just choose to create a new project workspace from an existing workspace.

| The communication process between a manager and his/her team was a big focus area in this release. More control over email notifications is a large part of that overall focus. Now, email notifications can be turned on/off in each List.

|
| In previous versions, you had to manually build a List in order for it to completely "integrate" into the EPM Live product. Now, simply check a box and all necessary fields will automatically be added.

| Several different buttons to different planners such as Microsoft Project and Project Planner (formerly Work Planner) have now been replaced by one simple "Edit Plan" button. Administrators and managers can set which planners are available. Trust us, this will greatly simplify the way users interact with their planning tools. Furthermore, users have the option to set a default planning tool and then that tool is automatically launched when clicking the "Edit Plan" button.

| We are very excited about the Build Team feature because we think it's much more inline with how teams actually work. Access the Build Team button from several different places within your Workspace. Then, build your team from the Resource Pool. The best part is that
as you use the Workspace and assign resources to items in one of the Planners or Lists, you'll only see your team members instead of the entire Resource Pool.
